A r r i v a l
Check
In is (after) 14h. Upon arrival, Your Host will be waiting for you
to give you the keys and explain how everything works on board. You can
check in earlier, if no other guests are leaving the same day. Your
host will know this a day before your arrival.
You can always leave your luggage stored until the boat is ready for
you. We charge 20€ for late arrivals after 20h.
N
e i g h b o u r s
You
will have real neighbours and people around you to connect with.
especially during hot summer nights, while enjoying a cold bear when
the sun goes down, contact is easily made with neighbours who are doing
the same on their decks around you. But, if you prefer to be on your own, this is not a problem, as "boat people" respect
each others privacy. Please respect theirs too.
E
n v i r o n m e n t
We
friendly ask you not to waist electricity nor water. Please switch off
the heating/fans/light when you leave the boat. We want you to be
comfortable; there are enough blankets, heaters and fans, but turning up
the heaters above 22 degrees is not acceptable and will be charged
extra.
C
l e a n i n g
As
you will be living in our homes, and not in a hotel, we expect that
upon departure you will leave the boat as clean as you found
it upon arrival. If you do not feel like cleaning that's OK,
but
please inform your host the evening before you leave to reserve extra
cleaning for 25€
for you.
Q u a l i t y
If
something is not working or if you have problems or complaints, please
contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to solve the
problem. Do not wait till you are already gone, as most things can be
realized / changed the way you like it , during your stay.
P
a y m e n t
You pay the total sum Cash to your host upon arrival. The key deposit
of 50 € will be
returned to you upon departure.
C
a n c e l l a t i o n
Your credit card is a booking guarantee and will only be charged if you
cancel the booking:
-
within 30 days, but before 1 week before your arrival: 50%
- within 1 week before arrival: 80%
- no show: 100% of the price
Of course, if
the boat which you have canceled gets rented to other guests, we will
not charge you anything.
D e p a r t u r e
In
principle you have to leave the boat at 11h. If you are leaving
earlier, please make an appointment with your host who will come to
give you your key deposit back.
A late check out is possible
if no other guests are arriving the same day. You can always leave your
bags stored until departure. You can also book an extra half a day for
50 €.
