Booking our HouseBoats is similar to booking a Flight: you can not 'reserve' a boat; the CALENDARS will only block when a booking is guaranteed.  

If you have any questions, special wishes, need assistence or want to get more information before you book, please CONTACT us. We will reply within a few hours.

When we receive Y o u r D e t a i l s and Your Booking Guarantee,  we will send you the Booking Confirmation with the Address, a MAP how to get there, contact details of Your Host and all the information you might need.
When you get this email from us, you are sure that the boat is yours.    
By confirming Your Booking, yo have agreed to our TERMS&CONDITIONS and we will block the CALENDARS for you.
In case you need  to change/cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible, in order to un-block the CALENDARS for other guests. For cancellation fee pls see  our  TERMS&CONDITIONS
