Our Prices are all inclusive: we do not charge any additional fees. To calculate your TotalPayment due, simply multiply the price per night, by the number of nights you wish to stay.
Our flat rate is based on a min stay of 3 nights. Only if there are less then 3 nights available in between bookings, it's possible to rent 'per night'. For a stay shorter than 3 nights, the hostfee is not included.
Please check the CALENDARS first, before sending a request.

During Weekends: 3 nights,
During National Holidays : 5 nights, max occupancy
IBC, IDFA, Cannabis Cup : 7 nights, max occupancy

D i s c o u n t

For a lower occupancy / last minute booking, discounts are possible upon request. If the LOVE / ROSE boat is booked you can stay for a discount price, on any of our bigger boats.

E x t r a C o s t s

Everything on board (Internet, wine, soap, towels, CD's... magazines), is there for you to use for free. If you brake a glass and have no time to replace, just let us know, to get a new one for the guests coming after you. We only charge you extra, if your stay costs us extra money :
- 5% for PayPal / Credit Card transfers

- 0.25€ p/KW for electricity usage exceeding average
- 20 € night fee for Check In/ Out between 20 - 07 hours
- 25 € for final cleaning (if you do not clean yourself)
- Up to 500 € for a new toilet pump/ other damages

C a n c e l l a t i o n
Your Credit Card is a booking guarantee and will only be charged in case of a late cancellation or no show. If you cancel :
More than 45 days before arrival: your deposit will be refunded - 10% of the total sum due (with a min of 50 EUR)
Less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the basic flat rate (=without charges for extra guests) is owed.
You do not have to pay for the nights that we re-rent the boat.
Should you make a new booking within a year after you have paid cancellations costs, you will get a discount of 10% of the old booking refunded.
